Our founder had spent years managing chronic back pain after an injury that refused to fully heal. The prescriptions helped some. Physical therapy helped more. But what made the biggest difference was a small TENS/EMS device — and the frustration that came with not being able to find reliable information, fair pricing, or a knowledgeable source to buy from.

That frustration turned into a mission. PeakWell was founded in Las Vegas to bring professional-grade electrotherapy and wellness technology directly to the people who need it most — without the clinical markups, the guesswork, or the impersonal big-box experience.

As an authorized HiDow distributor, we carry the same FDA-cleared devices used by physical therapists, chiropractors, and sports medicine professionals — and we pair every sale with real guidance on how to get the most out of them.

We later added GlowPulse red light therapy to our lineup because the science behind photobiomodulation is compelling, and our customers kept asking for it. Like everything we carry, we tested it ourselves before we ever recommended it to anyone else.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. PeakWell LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier pickup.

5. Returns & Refunds

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Opened products may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion. Electrode pads and consumable supplies are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. 6. Voucher Redemption

Vouchers are valid for one redemption per customer and are non-transferable. PeakWell LLC reserves the right to verify voucher authenticity and to refuse redemption of fraudulent, expired, or previously redeemed vouchers. Free electrode pads provided through voucher redemption have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other products.
